DESCRIPTION: If you are a U0/U1 student interested in getting case cracking experience and the chance to win  cash prizes, go on ahead and register! 

This year, we bring you this unique event 100% online. This case competition is a fun accounting case that draws upon knowledge from MGCR 211: Intro to Fin. Accounting. It's a great opportunity to develop your critical thinking, teamwork and presentation skills! You can sign up as a team up to 4 people.

DESCRIPTION: The John Molson Undergraduate Case Competition (JMUCC) is an annual, multi-round case competition, organized by a committee of students from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. The week-long event takes place in the heart of downtown Montreal, and challenges twenty-eight international teams from renowned business schools.

DESCRIPTION: The Inter-Collegiate Business Competition (I.C.B.C.) is one of the oldest case competitions in the world and continues to serve as a benchmark of excellence on the global case competition circuit. Hosted annually at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, I.C.B.C. unites top undergraduate business students in eight competition streams over the course of two rounds.

LAZARIDIS INTERNATIONAL CASE COnference

DESCRIPTION: The Lazaridis International Case Competition is dedicated to providing a premier case conference for students eager to learn, grow and solve invigorating challenges. Participate in educational discussions, speaker keynotes and networking sessions to further enhance your LazICC experience beyond the competition. Visit Waterloo and neighbouring cities like Toronto and Niagara Falls to learn more about Canadian hospitality whilst getting an opportunity to relax with your peers.

BCG - SOCIAL IMPACT CASE COMPETITION

DESCRIPTION: Crack the Case is an annual case competition that focuses on Social Impact cases, and this year we are proud to partner up with SMILfonden. Since 2014, SMILfonden has helped families with children who suffer from severe or chronic diseases. Their goal is ultimately to create joyful occasions for the families and children struggling with both pain and anxiety on a daily basis - trying to make a difficult time easier for everyone involved, by adding more joy, hope and a higher life quality to their everyday lives.

At this year’s case competition, you will work in groups consisting of 4-5 people. Together, you will solve a real-life case for SMILfonden on their future communication and fundraising strategy, being an organization in growth. On the last day, you will present your solution in front of a panel of judges. The winning group will have the opportunity to present their findings to the leadership team and board of SMILfonden.

DESCRIPTION: For the past 20 years, the Invitational case competition has been a part of CBS Case Competition, generating lifetime experiences for participants, audiences, juries, and partners – a truly unique tradition that will continue in 2021 in a new exciting format. Instead of facilitating a physical format, we will host a 100% digital competition connecting 12 elite teams from leading business schools around the globe in a safe way. The teams will be challenged in assessing the real-life issues organizations are facing today, analyzing available information, crafting solutions, and defending their recommendations in front of a jury of high-level business leaders.

DESCRIPTION: Technology is everywhere in the world. Technology is therefore naturally a part of this year’s Case Competition, where Accenture will present cases that imitates real risks in the market and aims to solve problems by utilizing technologies. Whether you consider yourself somewhat an expert within technology, or you are simply curious about tech, you are highly encouraged to sign up for the Case Competition. AAU Case Competition is a window for Accenture to explore the great mindsets of the participants. It is also a window for you to discover what Accenture is (all about). We are really looking forward to experiencing your considerations about technology and solutions to the cases.

Branded as the “World’s Friendliest Case Competition”, MMICC emphasizes the importance of globalization, innovation, and multidisciplinary thinking through a variety of social and academic events, culminating in a 48-hour case crack.
